We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be as flexible as possible while reflecting the realities of operating private charter aviation globally.

Fee Schedule
Cancellation Charges
Cancel completely free. Full deposit and balance refunded within 7-10 business days via PayPal.
50% of the total charter fee is charged to cover confirmed operator costs. The remaining 50% is refunded within 7-10 business days.
The full charter fee is non-refundable. Aircraft, crew, catering, and slot arrangements cannot be unwound within 48 hours of departure.

How to Cancel a Booking
Email Your Cancellation Request
Send a cancellation request to skychartervip@gmail.com with your booking reference, passenger name, and departure date. Mark the subject as 'CANCELLATION REQUEST'.
Call Our Concierge
Call +91 8000 978 809 for immediate cancellation assistance. Our 24/7 concierge team will confirm your cancellation and explain applicable charges.
Receive Confirmation
You will receive a written cancellation confirmation via email within 2 hours, including the final charge calculation and expected refund timeline.
Refund Processed
Eligible refunds are processed back to your original PayPal payment method within 7-10 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.
Pilot and Crew Unavailability / Force Majeure
In the event of pilot or crew unavailability due to illness, weather grounding, ATC restrictions, or any circumstances beyond Sky Charter World's control, we will:
- Offer a complimentary rebooking on the next available aircraft at no additional charge.
- Provide a full refund if no suitable alternative can be arranged within 24 hours.
- Cover any reasonable additional costs incurred by the client due to the cancellation.
Force majeure cancellations by Sky Charter World will never result in financial penalty to the client.
