Refund Policy
We believe in transparent, fair refund terms. Our refund schedule balances your flexibility with the operational realities of private aviation.

Refund Schedule
Cancellation Refund Tiers
Cancel 7 or more days before departure and receive a complete refund of all amounts paid, including the 30% deposit. Refund processed within 7-10 business days via PayPal.
Cancellations made 3-7 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover operator and crew reservation costs.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. The full charter fee is forfeited to cover aircraft positioning, crew costs, and catering already arranged.
Payment and Refund Process
- All bookings require a 30% deposit paid via PayPal to confirm your charter.
- The remaining 70% balance is due 48 hours before scheduled departure.
- Refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account used for payment.
- Refund processing time is 7-10 business days from approval date.
- All refund amounts are in the original currency of payment.
- Formal refund requests must be submitted via email to skychartervip@gmail.com with booking reference.
Force Majeure Exceptions
In circumstances beyond reasonable control including extreme weather, government travel restrictions, airspace closures, pandemics, or natural disasters, Sky Charter World will offer a full refund or complimentary rebooking at no additional cost, regardless of cancellation timing.
