Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Sky Charter World platform. Please read them carefully before using our services or making a booking.

Platform Usage Terms

Sky Charter World provides an online platform to facilitate the booking of private jet charters. We act as an intermediary between clients and licensed aviation operators.
By accessing or using Sky Charter World, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform and enter into legally binding booking agreements.
Sky Charter World reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Unauthorised use of the platform, including scraping, data mining, or commercial use without consent, is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and booking. False information may result in account termination.
You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including transporting illegal goods, evading customs, or violating aviation regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring all passengers have valid travel documents, visas, and meet entry requirements for all destinations.

All bookings are subject to aircraft and operator availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the 30% deposit payment via PayPal (skychartervip@gmail.com).
Sky Charter World reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
Flight schedules are subject to change due to operational, weather, or regulatory requirements.
Passenger manifests and passport details must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure for international flights.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm any charter booking, paid via PayPal to skychartervip@gmail.com.
The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation with forfeiture of the 30% deposit.
All prices include flight hours, landing fees, handling charges, crew costs, fuel surcharge, and an 8% platform fee.
Sky Charter World accepts payment in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, and INR. Currency conversion rates apply where applicable.

Sky Charter World acts as an agent facilitating charter bookings and is not the direct carrier. Liability for in-flight incidents rests with the licensed aviation operator.
Sky Charter World's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific booking in question.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, air traffic control, technical issues, government action, or force majeure events.
All aviation operators on our platform are independently licensed and carry their own aviation insurance.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Delhi.
For EU residents, applicable EU consumer protection regulations apply and are not limited by these terms.

All content on Sky Charter World including logos, text, images, design, and software is the exclusive property of Sky Charter World and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
The Sky Charter World name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without written authorisation.
